Open FI Premium is a strategy execution service — not a capital custody or investment fund.

Users fund their own brokerage account directly with one of the approved brokers listed in our official documentation. All capital remains fully owned and controlled by the user. Open FI does not have withdrawal access.

Subscription & Revenue Model

Our system operates under a performance-based model.

We only earn when your account is profitable.

The collaboration structure has two components:

1. One-time Setup Fee

Covers onboarding, infrastructure deployment, system configuration, security setup, execution routing, and live monitoring integration.

2. Monthly Performance Fees

Calculated strictly from net profit.

If the account is in drawdown, no fees are charged until a new profit high is reached (High-Water Mark principle).

Capital Tiers

5,000$ – 15,000$

Setup Fee: 2,500$

Maintenance: 3.5% of monthly net profit

Performance Fee: 30%

Explanation:

This entry tier is designed for smaller capital accounts seeking access to the full trading infrastructure. It includes standard monitoring, execution management, and system maintenance.

15,000$ – 30,000$

Setup Fee: 7,500$

Maintenance: 3.5%

Performance Fee: 30%

Explanation:

This tier supports mid-size accounts with increased allocation efficiency. Clients benefit from enhanced execution stability and priority maintenance support.

30,000$ – 50,000$ — Premium Tier

Setup Fee: 15,000$

Maintenance: 3.5%

Performance Fee: 30%

Includes:

  • Priority execution routing
  • Dedicated monitoring
  • Active strategy optimization
  • Advanced risk supervision

Explanation:

This is the professional entry tier. It is structured for serious capital deployment and includes premium operational oversight.

Setup Fee: 18,000$

Maintenance: 3.0%

Performance Fee: 30%

Explanation:

Larger capital receives reduced maintenance rates. This tier focuses on scaling efficiency and infrastructure reliability under higher volume conditions.

100,000$ – 500,000$

Setup Fee: 25,000$

Maintenance: 2.5%

Performance Fee: 30%

Explanation:

Designed for high-capital clients. Lower recurring fees reflect operational economies of scale while maintaining premium support and execution quality.

500,000$ – 1,000,000$

Setup Fee: 40,000$

Maintenance: 2.0%

This institutional tier is built for large allocations requiring customized infrastructure and enterprise-level oversight.

Fee Calculation

If monthly net profit = P

Performance Fee = 30% × P

Maintenance Fee = 2%–3.5% × P

Total fees apply only to realized profit

We do not earn unless the account generates profit.

  • No Profit — No Fee: Zero profit = zero fees
  • Calculated after broker commissions and trading costs
  • Settlement available weekly or monthly
